Sandwich panel is an universal solution. Installation of those facilities in accordance with the lightweight construction technique entails not only short completion time, but also low investment costs.

Many buildings and public facilities are built of sandwich panels. Among them are:

sports and market halls
production and warehouse halls
commercial and gastronomic pavilions

Sandwich panel"WARBUD" consists of external cladding and a core of expanded polystyrene. The external steel plates, 0,50mm or 0,55mm thick and made of S280GD steel, are galvanised and painted with a 25μm thick polyester coat. The expanded polystyrene used as the core of the sandwich panels is self-extinguishing.
Additionally, the panels are covered in a protective film.

Panel joint patterns:

wall joint pattern tongue-and-groove click system,
roof joint pattern - downwards - tongue-and-groove click system, upwards: machining.

The panels are attached to the construction by means of self-drilling screws.
Professional machining of the facilities built of sandwich panels provides our Clients with an aesthetic finish.
The length of a standard machining equals 3 m. Colours to be agreed - in agreement with the available RAL colour palette.
