General Information

Commercial pavilions can be defined as a lightweight steel construction facilities. Their walls and roofs are made of sandwich panels with cores of expanded polystyrene, polyurethane or mineral wool.
Window and door framing is tailored to individual customer needs.
Fast construction, dismantling and mobility are the advantages of the commercial pavilions.
They consist of pre-fabricated units set up on the construction site.
Universal and technological solutions of the offered products allow for a wide range of applications.

Technical description of a pavilion

Welded steel frame is not only made of cold-bent sections, but it is also double coated with a primer and topcoat.
The underfloor heating is made of steel sections isolated from the subfloor with a steel sheet and construction membrane. The floor is covered with Oriented Strand Board and PVC flooring. Mineral wool, 100mm thick, acts as a thermal insulation layer.
By default, the roof is made of 60mm, 80mm, 100mm or 150 mm thick sandwich panel with a core of expanded polystyrene.
The roof is made of cladded steel plates, 0,50mm or 0,55mm thick, galvanised and coated with polyester. There is a possibility to mount panels with a core of polyurethane foam or mineral wool.
In addition, cladding cassettes, facade boards or decorative sandwich panels can be attached to the walls.
By default, the roof is made of 60, 80, 100 or 150 mm thick sandwich panel with a core of expanded polystyrene.
The roof is made of cladded steel plates, 0,50 or 0,55 mm thick, galvanised and coated with polyester. There is a possibility to mount panels with a core of polyurethane foam or mineral wool.
The mono-pitched roof is available with a PVC rainwater guttering and drainage solution. The roof is finished with a simple parapet wall constructed of coated in any colour steel plate.
Aluminium entrance doors are glazed or flush.
The doors to the back of the pavilions are flush, coated in steel metal and insulated.
Internal panel doors are available in two options, glaze or flush.
Windows are framed in PVC or aluminium profiles.
